IT support that fits the size of the problem.

Some weeks you need an engineer for an afternoon. Some years you need someone to run the whole thing. We do both, and we’ll tell you which one you’re looking at before you sign anything.

Three ways to work with us

Everything we sell falls under one of these. It keeps the quotes honest and makes it obvious what you’re paying for.

Speed — Fast IT Solutions

Pay-as-you-go engineering. New office, new laptops, a migration to Microsoft 365, a server that won’t come back up. We scope it and get it done, mostly remotely, in person when the job needs hands.

  • For teams that need extra hands or a one-off fix

Flow — Managed IT Subscriptions

A fixed monthly fee and we run your IT: monitoring, patching, backups, licensing, security, compliance paperwork, and an unlimited helpdesk for your staff.

  • For businesses that want IT handled without hiring for it

Vision — Strategic IT Partnerships

A part-time CIO to set the technology plan and hold the vendors to it, plus the support desks and phone systems bigger organizations run on.

  • For leadership teams planning the next two or three years

Which of these sounds like your week?

Pick the one that fits and we’ll point you at a specific plan instead of a generic sales call.

“My IT team is stretched thin.”

You need: Overflow for the helpdesk and someone watching security overnight. Documentation your own people can pick up later.

We recommend: Speed as a second bench: a 10- or 20-hour block to start, notes in your ticketing system after every job, and Flow later if you want the routine work off your team’s plate.

“I need full IT support and I'm not hiring for it.”

You need: One monthly number you can budget, and explanations that don’t require a translator.

We recommend: Flow Essentials. Unlimited helpdesk, device management, your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant looked after, and security monitoring, on one plan.

“We have compliance requirements to meet.”

You need: HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, or ISO. Lower risk, and an audit trail you can hand to a regulator or a customer’s security team.

We recommend: Compliance-as-a-Service on top of managed detection and response (MDR/XDR). Policies, controls, evidence, and someone who’s sat through the audit before.

“We're growing fast and the infrastructure has to keep up.”

You need: Cloud infrastructure built by someone who’s done it before, and a senior person to sanity-check the decisions your engineers are already making.

We recommend: Cloud setup and migration through Speed now, and a fractional CIO from Vision so the architecture and the budget grow at the same pace.

“I want one number to call and fewer interruptions.”

You need: Processes that don’t depend on one person, and a support team that owns the outcome instead of forwarding it.

We recommend: Flow Professional with 24/7 monitoring and a defined SLA. If you run shifts or several sites, add the employee support desk from Vision.

“I'm comparing vendors and need a proposal.”

You need: Scope and pricing you can lay next to two other bids, with the service levels spelled out.

We recommend: A written proposal built from your requirements list. If you’d like help running the RFP itself, Vision does vendor management too.

How this usually starts

01

A look at what you have

The free Health Check: one call and a short questionnaire. You get a 90-day plan out of it, ranked by what would hurt most if it broke. Keep it either way.

02

The urgent stuff

Missing backups, no MFA, a server past its support date. That gets handled under Speed while we sort out the bigger picture.

03

Someone runs it

Flow takes over the daily operation: patching, monitoring, licensing, security, and the helpdesk.

04

Someone plans it

Vision adds the leadership layer when you need it: budgets, roadmaps, vendor contracts, and a quarterly review with your executives.

What you can hold us to

We fix things before you notice them

Monitoring catches the full disk and the failed backup at 2 a.m. You hear about it from us, after it’s handled.

Notes you can read

Every job ends with a short write-up of what we found and what we changed. No acronyms without an explanation.

One team for everything

Devices, cloud, security, phones, internet, vendors. If it plugs in or logs in, it’s ours to sort out.

Scope you can see

Each service page lists what’s included and what isn’t. Projects outside a plan get quoted before they start, never after.

Remote most days, in person when it counts

We’re at 1501 Yamato Road in Boca Raton. Remote support anywhere in the U.S.; on-site visits across South Florida.

Partners we buy through

Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Lenovo, Arctic Wolf, Trend Micro, and 8×8. We’ll also work with what you already own.
